Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to ensure the safety and authenticity of every order.

Eligible Returns Returns are only accepted if the fragrance is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Opened or tested fragrances are not eligible for return for hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons.
• Returns are not accepted for personal preference or scent differences.
